New mobileart, revamped and with more tools!
We're proud to announce the release of the new version of mobileart, which, on top of an all-new design, includes amongst its main features, a highly developed system with more tools to facilitate the use of Premium SMS micropayments on your sites.



As it is widely known, by the end of November 2009, a new legislation to regulate the use of Premium SMS will come into effect in Spain, and we've prepared to face this significant change in the use of this type of service. With this in mind, we've not only broaden our reach with the addition of new markets, but we've also created new tools that adapt to these legislative changes and offer new numbers depending on the campaign and the cost of the service you want to offer.

Design & development
mobileart's new look follows along the aesthetic line of other 2009 versions of our systems such as SPAcash. A design conceived with the ease of use of each one of the sections offered in mind. The new design comes hand in hand with an update in the programming structures, using the latest web programming technologies, to assure the optimal performance of the site.

New market.
On top of the traditional Spanish, French and English markets, we're also adding the Italian market with the release of the 2009 version, with a fully translated site and SMS support for Italy. From now on, you'll be able to make business with SMS services in constantly evolving market.

More tools.
In this first stage, we've added 3 new tools to the ones that were already available. These are SMS donations, SMS support (live-chat), and 803 lines. In the coming months, we'll continue to add new campaigns and services so you always have different ways of taking advantage of the constant evolution in mobile technology.

The future.
mobileart's future is highly promising. Our development team is already working on the huge leap ahead the system will have next year, which is sure to position us amongst the leaders in the Premium SMS market.

Rise in Commissions for Peru
We have been able to renegotiate the commissions given by the operators in this country. We have come to a new agreement which allows us to greatly increase the commissions for webmasters from $0.06 to $0.13, maintaining the same rate for users.

Commissions increase for Venezuela
The commission for messages in Venezuela has been raised from $0.09 to $0.18. This increase is possible thanks to new agreements with the operators in that country. The price of the message for the user will remain the same. We are sure this increase of commission will inspire the promotion of this market that continues to grow.

SMS connection with operatores in Portugal and France
Some beta Webmasters have brought it to our attention that they were experiencing problems with these countries. We have finally determined that both connections function properly.
However we have noticed that the operators in France do not show the number of the mobile phone from which the message was sent. Due to this, it is not possible to utilize SMS campaigns with sessions in France.

Colombia and Ecuador: Two more countries with Support
The list of countries with support continues growing: with these new additions we have now completed the total amount of countries in this region.

In Colombia a message will cost 2.784 Colombian Pesos, with a $0.22 commission. In Ecuador, the SMS will cost $1.40 with a $0.21 commission.

Micropayments in Argentina.
This service is now functional in Argentina, with Movistar as its operator. This is the first and only operator in the country, for the moment, to be able to offer this service to you.

The number to request this service is 55567 with a cost of 4 Argentinean pesos. The commission for each is of 0.18€.

We can also say that the CTI operator will enable this service by the middle of February. Not so with Telecom (Personal), who has yet to announce the addition of this kind of service.
